The wing team, Wingy Dingy, that The Hubs and I are on showed it out this weekend! The festival was originally scheduled for Saturday but got moved to Sunday because of weather. Good and bad. We got to watch the Grizzlies game. But I think it effected some of the turnout.
Nonetheless! We showed up early. Cooked all day. Fed friends and the masses. We raised over $500 for Ronald McDonald House (which is pretty good considering we got a dollar or two from most. And some poor souls gave nothing at all.) We made finals for the second year in a row. A mighty fine showing of
7th overall out of over 70 teams. It was a GREAT day!!!

I love our team. There's already talk about next year! Everyone wants the big win. Until then, back to taste testing... I mean, if we must...
