The root of the problem

Hello, Internet. Sorry about the silence on my end. It's been quite the week... I do, in fact, need a root canal.

And I couldn't get in until December 3rd.

Note to self, don't ever choose the HMO option of my insurance ever again. ONE root canal doctor.

BAH.

It hasn't been all bad though. The doctor did give me some pain pills. (Which I'm hoarding like a miser.) Made some yummy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. The Tigers game against Kansas was fun to watch. Top Chef last night was GREAT. And right now, at this very moment, Project Runway is on.

I'm going to expound more this weekend. But I just made a squash casserole (mom's recipe!) for the work potluck tomorrow and I need to go clean the kitchen. Plus, if I miss the season finale of Project Runway, well, there would be much sadness. Stop throwing up, Carol Hannah... It's GO time!!!

Make it work, Internet. I'll check back in tomorrow when I've got a little more time.

PS - YAY for Thanksgiving!!! Could we stop with the Christmas commercialisms and just enjoy the wondermousness that is the Thanksgiving Holiday??? Brittney, happy early birthday. This is for you!!

PPS - I am, indeed, thankful that I do have teeth.
