Thank goodness it's Fright-day

Yay! Almost the weekend! Woohoo!

The much anticipated in-law dinner was last night and I think it went very well! (And I didn't doze off once.) It was a good thing I ended up going the casserole route (breaded porkchops were my first choice) because there was still a little prep going on when Andrew's brother and sister-in-law showed up. But the food was good and the company was better... A nice night and Mom's tetrazzini never disappoints!

The kitchen, on the other hand, had a stressful day.

Our pup gets a C+ for behavior. She didn't violate anyone's space too much but did track some stuff in the house. So it coulda been a lot better... But it really coulda been a lot worse.

The Sugarface wins every time.

Project Runway last night! SPOILERS BELOW...

So Christopher snuck by again this week. Seriously, judges? SERIOUSLY? Look, I think Chris is a nice guy. But did you see that thing he made?

The man put a dress on top of a set of 1860s pantaloons. Or, as Heidi said, a bedskirt wrapped around three times. (In which case, it was a funky bedskirt from the 1860s.) I do think Logan needed to go, making for a female top 3. But he perhaps left a round too soon.

Althea wins? Yay! Carol Hannah is my girl but I'll take an Althea win over Irina any day. Some attitudes need to be squashed DOWN. As in, Irina needs to get a grip and stop being so incredibly full of herself. Did the jerk store call, Irina? Cuz I think they're out of youuuuuu. It's amazing how being ugly inside changes the outer beauty. But this is fashion so, eh, nevermind.

Well, Halloween is this weekend. Mr. Pants and the hubby should be doing a banana/panda reunion this weekend. If I get clearance, pictures to come! Heh, trust me... They're worth checking back for.

Have a good weekend, Internet. Keep it classy and check your candy carefully! Nobody wants to see a sick Internet.

PS – Shoutouts to the World Series. Don't really follow baseball but I used to love going to the Braves games with my daddy. Dad, this one's for you!
