Silence is golden... Or at least a burnt sienna

Internet, I've been beyond busy these last couple weeks. Not that I owe you any excuses but we've been down a designer at work, seems like we're barely home at night, and the weekends have been booked. All which gives me guts a little bit of a frantic feeling. (Or I could be eating too much cheese. Could go either way.)

I might get it together in the next week or so to get my blog on but, if not, come see me after AUGUST 10th. MUCHO going on. And hopefully I'll have hilarious shenanigans galore.

• My – 30th! – birthday is Sunday and I plan to celebrate until people get annoyed.
• The Husband and I are going on a BIG trip and – fingers crossed – might have real camera pics.
• Summer reading book reviews.
  
• And, of course, cooking pics galore.

Now doesn't that all sound hilarious?

In the meanwhile, a little early birthday peek, The Mother-In-Law made me a blueberry pie for an early birthday celebration. I don't usually put pics of myself up here but The Husband didn't listen to me when I told him I just wanted the pie in it... I think he had tiara-envy.

Thanks for sticking with me, Internet! I do so miss our talks. But, then, absence makes the heart grow fonder... So I'm not sure what I'm saying here. And now that I think about it, I might post some stuff before August 10th... Now I'm really not sure what I'm saying or what the point of this post really is...

Oh, well. Story of my life.
