Saturday was lovely and Sunday started off great with French toast and eggs.
As you know, the Superbowl was yesterday! Went to The Husband's family get-together. SO much food. It was great. (I made some pigs in a blanket but forgot to take a picture. I know you're sad. But you know what pigs in a blanket look like, Internet. Right? 'Course, you also know what French toast looks like too, I'm sure. Hmmm, never mind. No real point here.)
So how 'bout dem Saints? As previously noted, I'm not much of a football person but I was really happy for their win. And I watched the whole game. Which, for me, paying attention and everything, that's pretty good. Course, it was the Superbowl and commercials are key. Betty White being the most key ingredient of all.
And fine... I totally read a magazine for a little bit of the 3rd quarter. Whatevers.
It was a really nice weekend and this morning, I woke up in the usual Monday haze. (Which is very similar to the Tuesday haze. And Wednesday... Well, you get the drift. Or in this case, the snow drift. BwahahahahahAAA.) Opened the back door to let the dog out and was shocked by a bright, white glow. Aliens, you might ask? No. Definitely not. And that's a little weird. There was snow, delicious snow everywhere!
Thusly, I worked from home today. So Sugarbear got to work on her ginormous new bone ALL DAY.
Rawhide UPGRADE
Or it might be nothing at all.
Gotta love the South. Nothing like a little snow to make the whole place go cuh-razy!
Alrighty, Internet. I'm off to start dinner. Don't you worry. It'll be picture time for us again soon.
