If I was on a computer with photoshop, I would so take care of the right bottom corner of that picture.
Don't look at it.
They said it was low fat. (They being the cookbook.) And although I used wheat pasta and lean ground beef , I think they only called it that because it called for cottage cheese. And I totally forgot to put the cottage cheese in. SO is it still low fat? Tasted good. Perhaps tooooo good.
Wednesday down. On to Thursday. I have my cooking class tomorrow! Same day there's supposed to be all the snow shenanigans. Hopefully, anything will melt off early. And the roads are salted pretty well. So that means it probably won't happen at all.
We will just have to see. I'm ready to learn how to make a great Caribbean jerk sauce!! Once they learn me, nothing will un-learn me.
Speaking of Caribbean jerk, I could really use some BWW's.
Funny story, I was in the Walmart the other day and the cashier guy and I had a whole conversation about how good BWW's wings are. And how they hook you with their super-delicious, tasty sauces.
Ok, that wasn't so much funny. More of a commonality of mankind - Love. For a great wing sauce.
